Send us an inquiry with what you’re looking for and your budget. We’ll respond in a timely manner to learn more about your business and what services you need. We will send you a contract and then a questionnaire with all the details we need for your design and content.
When we have the questionnaire and your domain name, hosting information, and content ( we can do all this if you don’t have it ), we’ll start building your site and provide you with two draft layouts for you to make a choice. Then we work with you to make sure the site is the best it can be.
The website will use a “Content Management System”, which allows you to make your own edits and updates to the writing. We’ll show you how to do that.
Once we’ve heard about you, we’ll give you six black and white draft logos and ask for your feedback and choice. Then we’ll share a few colour variations and let you make your final decision.
We’ll give you other versions of your logo for you to use in print, web and social media formats, send you all the necessary files you’ll need, and the Logo Guidelines for using your new logo.
You’ve told us what you need – whether brochure, flyer, stationary, banners, menu, magazine, book cover, post card, invitations, greeting cards, catalogue, label, apparel, CD cover… We’ll send you three colour drafts of your design for you to look over and select. When you are satisfied, we will make the pre-press version of your design and provide the files you need.
We’ll discuss options and advise about the tools and strategy you may choose to use. You will decide whether you’d like us to design your strategy and set up your tools, or to implement your social media strategy as well. If you’re handling it, we’ll give you examples of what to say, tactics, and campaigns ideas, so you can start the right conversations online. If we manage it for you, we will work together on an ongoing basis to communicate with new friends and potential customers.
To provide your web or print materials with the words you need, we’ll research your business and industry, and provide you with draft content for your pages. Once we get your feedback, we will revise to make sure you’re sending the right message, and will add the content to your print or web designs.
